Client Communication & Scheduling Policy

• Response Days: I check and respond to messages on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Client-Heavy Days: Wednesday through Saturday are my busiest days with in-person sessions. On these days, I can respond briefly if it’s urgent (like adjusting an existing appointment), but new client inquiries or detailed messages will be addressed on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• New Clients & Scheduling: I encourage all new clients to read my website thoroughly to understand the process. This helps ensure your inquiry is handled efficiently.​

New Clients -What You Need to Know

Availability

  • Booked 4–6 weeks in advance

  • Existing clients get priority (most have standing appointments)

  • If no openings show, join the waitlist

  • Cancellations always go to the waitlist first

Booking & Deposit

  • A $60 non-refundable deposit is required

    • Holds your appointment

    • Applies toward your session balance

    • Prevents last-minute cancellations

  • You can reschedule to a different day, but the deposit is not refundable

  • After booking, you’ll complete a quick intake form

Session Length

  • Appointments run exactly for the time booked

  • No same-day upgrades (I’m fully scheduled)

  • If you prefer 90 minutes, please book that ahead of time

Becoming a Regular

  • Want ongoing care?
    → Book a standing appointment after your first visit

  • For chronic pain or long-term goals:
    → Consider a package (consistency creates results)

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

  • Please review the cancellation policy before booking

  • 10-minute grace period after start time

    • After 10 minutes: appointment is canceled + must be rescheduled

  • If you’re late (within 10 minutes), your session is shortened to keep the schedule on track

Treatment Style

  • Every session is fully customized

  • I do not offer:

    • Relaxation-only massages

    • Routine “full-body” standard massages

    • Once-a-year visits or same-week appointments

  • Please arrive hydrated and be open with communication

  • Sun–Tue: Closed

  • Wed: 2 PM – 6 PM

  • Thu: 10 AM – 6 PM

  • Fri: 10 AM – 4 PM (reserved for standing clients)

  • Sat: 1 PM – 5 PM

    (Upstairs inside CrossFit Burlingame)

  • Street parking only

  • Please do not park at Safari Run
